Having planed a real life Desert Dream remake at one point as well, this one severly fucks up the pace and direction, which is one of the most important parts when redoing classic (lowend) demos, also the beyond horrible CG parts, along the skips in the music make this a torture to watch. I had to smile a few times, especially at the "real life" effect footage. And that leads me to my main criticism. If you do it real life, then do it completely that way. Figure out how and don't rely on cg at the first sign of an obstacle. Those simple cg effects ruin the atmosphere, because they look like a really bad copy of the original. Go ahead, do the next one, but fully non-cg please!
