Finally a new demo by my favourite c64 group. :)

Excellent effects, cool music, great graphics. A c64 demo that easily rivals oldskool Amiga stuff.

Very nice indeed. One of the top 3 c64 demos for the year, I'm sure. Only downer is the copy of the Cougar doggy pic.

Great demo, but Tomaes:
TRY TO FIND A DECENT PALETTE FOR YOUR DAMN EMULATOR. that picture is so fucked up.
a palette made by a guy called 'pepto' is the best. 99% accurate.

I was there at X2001 when it played, and it got da house down. The excellent music was by GRG, and everyone basically died when watching the bumpmapped face :).

Btw, the demo was shown on a projector with even worse color distortions than standard CCS ;). That didn't stop it from winning, tho'.

Finally a new demo from Resource. Several new, cool and improved effects here! Some conversions of famous parts in Amiga demos, like Technological Death, Desert Dreams and World of Commodore, great bump mapping and phong mask with flare effect, 3d city (This and some of the other flat shows are crunched animations) and more! Cool musics and gfx..

The only thing I don't like, is that the music is interrupted too often and another one + some black screens come, there is no a continuous music for several parts to play with the action, it's not that continuous trackmo like Void, so when your adrenaline is going up, it's interrupted too early or something...

ANyways,. at least a great fxwise demo on the C64 again! I have already voted, I am just describing a little somethings here :)

I wan't a Graham demo now! =)
Perhaps in TP?

phoenix: and cougar's doggypic was a copy.

Ok, basically, _extreme_ wowness.

Only issue with this nearly perfect demo is the dog,
In that it's been in 2 other c64 demos. Maybe not EXACTLY the same dog, but it's the same dog.

The dude at the flip disk screen is a killer pic tho, and the fx are just total and utter oblivion shifters.

Great demo, congrats Oswald, Edhellon and the others.

Hi guys.

Just one small remark: the doggy picture was pixelled by AMN _years_ ago from a cover of a computer mag, he hadn't even seen the original on Amiga at that time... I know it looks like a conversion but it's actually not... oh, whatever... :)

weeell ... i liked the bump mapped face, that one was really cool. but overall it was not that entertaining as for example deus ex machine or +h2k, might be because it just didn't look that spectacular.

I was really astonished! This was definitely one of the very best C64 demos I have ever seen. If I hadn't seen it myself, I'd say these things are and always will be impossible to do on a C64. Thanx 4 proving me wrong. ;)

incredible technical quality (hires effects where others do 4x4 blocks), fast-paced, good music (especially during credits). not as artistic as e.g. krestology, but definitely a top-notch demo.
