Right now most of the sync is complete guesswork. But in the video you should show what a G15Daemon is. I had never heard about it. G15Daemon (http://g15tools.sourceforge.net) is, as far as I know, the only attempt at a standard control daemon for the G15 LCD and extra function keys. This demo registers as a client for G15Daemon - this is a design decision we made, because we wanted to get the graphics up and running as fast as possible, and playable by others who have the same keyboard (and Linux, and because of the uniqueness of the G15Tools project, they're highly likely to have that running).
