"What ever happened to our love, I wish I undestood. It used to be so nice, it used to be so cool" (ABBA - S.O.S.) When I first watched this demo, I must admit I almost cried. It instantly gave me the feeling that the guys where screaming SOS for the demoscene... If that was their intention, they probably got it right. Combine that with awesome the soundtrack, impressive bump effects and groovy artwork and you've got one of the best productions ever, imho.
What are these Byterapers guys doing? I want to see a new demo from them...

byterapers first raped me visualy at the tender age of 14. Now fast forward a few years, and I feel visualy raped again. This demo is nice, stylish, properly synched, and accompained by some hot remix of an ABBA classic. Miss it and you can't call yourself a scener. :)

There's something appealing with this demo, but I don't actually know what. The "remix" of ABBA's SOS absolutely rocks.
yolk & legend simply rule, and the rest of the demo rocks too (*especially* because it's not so dead serious). one of my faves, definitely :)

The gfx is not that good, the code is ok, but the ABBA track is so insane it burns into your brain and stays there forever. :-D
My last memory of this was at Solskogen 02, when this soundtrack tempted me away from the outside bbq in the middle of the night. =)

Although the ABBA stuff feels plain weird to me, the design is very solid and uses every scene to great effect even where it could be thought impossible. The music makes me like ABBA too. I like the 3D scenes as much as anything here. No signs of ugly lack of details as is so common with 3D even nowadays.

OMG! Why haven't I given this one thumbs already. Somehow this gives me a warm fuzzy feeling in the S.O.S singing part. Great demo, with an even better soundtrack.
An ABBA tribute demo? Well, definitely not weirder than a Tawnee Stone tribute demo.. Typical '90s effects - fairly well executed. The final minute of the music where they throw in the original lyrics is of course good.
Tune was originally 4channel, for Amiga demo, which never materialized. Mistral asked if it could be used in (B) production, we agreed and I expanded it to 6channel .xm

Despite having the feeling that the pixels grow bigger every time I watch it - it'll never get old. I can't coun't how often I played this on high volume on demoparties on amps I could get my hands on, just to entertain people - it's one of the prods that makes everyone smile.
