Crashes before it loads and politely offers to send an error report to Microsoft.

liked it a lot. i was very happy to see this one get such decent score compared to how early it was played. a bit short, maybe, but longer could've just made it boring. ups for jaw!

kudos for the harry potter-ish music. :) (oh; and the "cheesiest demoscene-poetry"-award goes to you for the opening text :)

this demo had me captivated the first thirty seconds - the opening scene is *really* well composed, but the following dolphin-splashing destroys the mood.

different and some very nice ideas. underrated at the moment. So I have to thump it up.

Excellent. The contrast between first and second parts really does the trick. Great music too :)

Awesome. My favourite Breakpoint production.

wish it didn't just crash at loading with a 0x0000 access violation. It seems to be quite a common thing these loading crashes these days...

Well, ok stuff, not more but not less either

kinda reminds me on that south park episode where they shoot the whale onto the moon...

now this had some kinda interesting effect on me ... while i'm pretty much immune to dolphins, the stressful dark underwater atmo still freaked me out a little ... no bad for a dolphin demo!

really cool stuff, reminded me of ASD stuff in a way

yes this was a one-man prod by me.. was started in august and finished at the party..

navis, if you could contact me on irc or icq or whatever so we could find the reason for the crash would be nice.. it shoudln't do that ;)

nevermind i found the bug, aparently the demo engine was still compiled with SSE2 instructions enabled, that's why.. grr, i thought i turned this off. anyway....
http://scene.vovoid.com/demos/vsxu_demo_engine.dll
^ version without SSE2, just overwrite the dll

excellent demo!

and for some reason, it reminded me about that southpark episode, too :)

The dolphin movements are great. Quite poetic, too

Timing was just right.

Very nice, short but sweet. Love the dolphin movements.

However something in this demo doesn't particularly like my video card and when I exit near the end my card starts acting like it was overclocked past it's hard-set limit again. :D [Generally the screen doesn't clear the demo completely then doesn't refresh properly at all after that :P] Doesn't seem to happen on anything else I have, but more then likely just my semi-defective card acting up. :)

Card is a GeForce 7600 GT OC + 3.0 Ghz Pentium 4 and runs this demo at full frame rate btw.

How could i make this slip unnooticed? It is SO much like style our group would be going to develop... that is, if we were up to releasing demos... we're not quite there yet. Working on it though.
