A randm google search took me to this place and remember me back this piece I made... A few words about this small intro: * It runs on Canon PowerShot Axx not newer Axxx. Old cams used DIGIC1 and a 80186 clone running ROMDOS. Newer cams are based on DIGICII and VxWorks RTOS. This demo runs on small 186 CPU not on DIGIC DSP and it's power can be compared to some faster PC-XT. * I know, gfx is poor but it's because that time was known only one API function for drawing rectangles. So everything you see was drawn as rectangles (not pixels) and another API func was used to printing text. Now I know how to access framebuffer so much complex graphics can be displayed. * Sound would be possible (wav playback) but I know only beep function. * There's still very few info about HW and FW. It has much bigger potential but nobody from Cannon would help to release some docs so it's based just on various hacks. * I use BC because I think it's quite good compiler for this old platforms. And I think the limitation is speed of API functioons for gfx, not code itself. * I chose 2nd Reality theme because it's my most favorite demo I ever seen. Big respect to FC. * I wrote this a few days before local demoparty Marast 2005 so I didn't have much more time to make it longer. Later I give it to Fay to present it on CC2005. Now I'm no longer student and got fulltime job and I have much less time for PC programming (have a lot at work) so I don't know if will make something further, maybe...
