nice!
decent.
if i was on a good mood i could even thumb it for the cloud scene and the duck.3ds joke. but i see no reason to ever play this again right now, so piggie.

for you who is wondering: scene.se will be activated later this week I suppose, it's a server thing, not software issue :))
Oooh yes, that's the way I like it.
nothing fancy
the goombletronix rate is incredibly high!
Really cool style and cool music!
But how do I run it in fullscreen?
But how do I run it in fullscreen?
It should be fullscreen by default. We use sdl for the setup, but alt+enter should switch. Good luck.
Enjoyable, with all the drive and kick and all.
Ugly colors, nice flow
cool effects, but coder design ruined everything
Has a great flow and beat to it.
Really refreshing.
Bad color choices and
design could have been better though ;)

yeah, already seen this one, so it rules :)
funky :) really enjoyed it :)
Thanks Thec, it worked and was even better in fullscreen!
okayish
Good.
on the sucky side of okayish.
Coder design indeed, but I liked it.
May Outbreak live another ten years :-) Hooray!

thumb i mean.
good.
ok. looks a bit empty but has a good flow
change the tags from the music before reusing it....
nice stuff anyway.
nice stuff anyway.
had a nice oldschool feel to it, and it made me smile.
rather forgettable, gotta hate the cloud scene. beginning rules though.
are you approved?
The cloud scene looks really good, so simple and yet it does the trick.
cant run this since it exists when i dont have a soundcard.
nice flow.
I like it.
I like it.
Had a good flow and sync. The music sounded a litte like Moby's mod from Sanity's Arte from 1993!
Overall, not a kick-ass prod but worth a thumb up.

Thanks all of you for the kind words (with the critizism we deserve). It sure makes me warm inside, because I honestly didn't think it would be this well recieved, basicly because it isn't so hi-tech.
It was fun to make though and that is always what counts, as a hint to other groups I can just say do it, don't try to beat the best demos out there, just try to have fun, which we have been doing for the last 10 years.

or, sorry, of course, try to beat the best demos, but don't skip releases just because you don't, whatever, you know what I mean
Simple, but has that wow factor! Really enjoyfull and nice joke =)
great sync, and overall simple but funny. Really enjoyable.
great dämo
i liked the tunnel
the coulds scene is too long
duck.3ds
i was tempted by a piggie but it works well on both windows and linux compared to the last 3 demos i ran which crashed my pc badly (although ati may take some responsability in this)

great music and a somewhat serious demo for a small party.
what really makes this stand out was all the free beer ofcourse.
oh and rgbsex shoulve won! this is just a partycheezer!!!

mega: I voted for dxm man... I truly did... :)
The part where the message "Where is my fscking duck" (or something) message appears, both the demo and the sound produce big skips (stutter). All other parts run ok. Also, it failed to go directly to fullscreen (I had to press Alt+Enter).
Tested the Linux version on 2.6.11 on a Pentium-M 1.8, 512Mb RAM, ATI FireGL T2 (9600 mobility-something), a crappy one channel embedded sound card, using the latest ATI proprietary drivers (8.14.13)

moT: yeah, the fillrate issue we know of, however, didn't wanna spend the time optimizing it or redoing it so we just let it slip this time, the complexity of the 3d is fairly lightweight otherwize, I suspect it would run on a tnt card if you tried :-)
the fullscreen-thingie has been issued before and I don't know why that happens really, but as you say, alt+enter does the trick...
what did you think of it?

fresh demo :)
three thumbs for the musick, one for some very nice scenes and another one for general demoness.
so, where are the other 4 thumbs then? ;)
Nice to see another outbreak prod, good one too! :)
Pretty damn decent.
nice one!
Fast and cool
Nice music and nice demo, outbreak rocks! :)
Nice flow.
now when you're all familiar with the product, press tab :)
:)
Has funk!
very good dynamic and sync, great soundtrack.
fresh! good work
entertaining
last day of fame :/
:)
Nice to see a GNU/Linux prod, although I would be much happier if it was also free.
Anyway to the point:
Linux 2.6.11.12, radeon mobility 9000, with the free DRI project drivers.
After the scene.se letters scene it stops with a GL_INVALID_ENUM, supposedly on the line glBlendFunc(... something ...). The weird thing is that the "something" bit is correct and cannot possibly cause an invalid enum. Are you sure your error logger works correctly?

Nuclear quite sure.... .. well, the point is that sure, I'll be glad to release the demo, but it relies on loadrunner, a small demo system, which in its turn use 5 other libs.. so it would mean that we would need to release every single bit we ever coded... and.. sure.. not against my will exactly, but there are more than me in the group that think their code is prestige too, and all code maybe isn't that beutiful to look at :)
Too bad the demo doesn't work for you... actually you are the first who it doesnt for so I suppose there is something with your installation or something... we had problems when trying to run on a 16 bit desktop, you should definitly try to run 24/32 bits.. hm.. other than that I dunno...

thec: I understand, just said that it would be nice :)
I am at 24/32bits, still those free DRI drivers are a bit weird, I had a lot of problems myself, I can hardly work on this laptop. But the alternative, the proprietary drivers from ATI constantly crash the X server for some reason.
Anyway, I'll try and watch it on some other machine in a few days. Cheers.

a little bit short, but a fresh production with a great sountrack
Wasn't the greatest thing, but certainly alright to watch. I'm not really into demoscene music, but this soundtrack was nice.
Finally I managed to see it, and I like it :) the pacing is great, the music is good and the duck.3ds joke rulez :)
this could be so great.
this is not so great that it could be ;))
Great 10years, linux port and commercials :)
