I'm not sure if I should like this or not. It doesn't run on my computer and I'm not sure if I liked it during the compo, but then again it pays tribute to The Cure... humm..

Ah, I do not understand it. Probably this really is a raytracer. Well, I am quite sure that you could do a more beautiful bunny in 4k without raytracing. But anyways, maybe this is really cool as a tech-demo, but I fail to see the point.

Well,. it sucks as a 4kb but thumbs up just for the technique and the cure music :)

+ for tech. + for 4k. Just doesn't look polished at all, which, well, voxels or whatever. Hopefully next one will look better. And maybe have another object to morph to (:

compared to this, lego looks antialiased.

Ugly but impressive. Next time do something which you can be proud of again. ;)

some explanation about this intro:
it doesen't look that good and it is boring. i know. the problem is, that the majority of this project was done in last 3 days.
the angine is a realy powerfull pointbased photonmapped raytracer doing his job in realtime per pixel.. problem was to generate such an amount of points needed for nice surfaces (resulting as well in this horrable precalc time)... besides this the normal calculation of the points was a crapy hack... as you can see. at the end we ran out of space, in lack of expirience implemnting our first 4k intro using c++ so ddeml had to dorp sevelral voices of his synth :-( and i had to drop the realy nice stuff like reflation (as well of light) and refraction and scene action.

A little while ago there was a realtime raytracing 4K with a similar bunny, and many other scenes too. That, and I think this rabbit has some sort of skin disorder.
